The President
The Democratic Republic of Congo is widely considered to be the richest country in the world regarding natural resources, its untapped deposits of raw materials are estimated to be worth in excess of U.S $24 trillion. The President and Government want to ensure that this wealth be utilised to build the DRC into a Utopia of Africa. They welcome help from professionals in South Africa. With 80 million hectares of arable land and over 1,100 listed minerals and precious metals, the DRC has the potential to become one of the richest economies on the continent and a driver of African growth. With abundant water resources, it can deliver hydroelectricity (if developed) to the whole of Africa.
